Therapist – Cabot, AR
Napa Valley Counseling Center is seeking a talented and motivated therapist to join our team at our Cabot location. We are committed to providing high-quality mental health services to individuals and families across Central Arkansas in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Position Details
- Full-time (part-time would be considered)
- 1099 independent contractor arrangement
- Compensation starts at a 65% revenue split ○ 67.5% after 5 years
- 70% after 10 years
- Financial assistance provided toward specialty trainings (EMDR, Brainspotting, EFT, Play Therapy, etc.)
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Psychology
- Current Arkansas licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist)
- Experience working with couples and/or children is a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, ethical, and high-quality therapy services
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Remain in good standing with licensing board requirements
