Therapist – Cabot, AR
About Us
Napa Valley Counseling Center is looking for talented and motivated therapists to join our team in our Cabot location to help us provide the highest quality mental health services to the people of Central Arkansas. As a practice with over 25 years of service, we can provide a high rate of referrals to our clinicians, enabling you to develop your practice quickly. We value a family-oriented work environment and professional autonomy. With three full-time administrative assistants, we take care of all your scheduling, insurance filing, and billing. Job Details
- Up to $120,000 a year
- Full-time and part-time positions available
- 1099 contract arrangement
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree
- Current Arkansas licensure as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT, or Psychologist
- Strong Christian Character
- Experience and ability to see couples is a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, compassionate, and ethical mental health therapy to clients
- Complete clinical documentation in the electronic health record within one week of service
- Maintain good standing with the appropriate professional board
