Front Desk Administrator – Napa Valley Counseling Center

About Us

Napa Valley Counseling Center is a welcoming, client-focused mental health clinic dedicated to supporting individuals and families. We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Administrator to be the first point of contact for our clients and an essential support for our therapists.

What You’ll Do

• Greet clients and make them feel welcome.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage daily front desk operations.
• Process payments and keep records accurate and organized.
• Support therapists with scheduling and administrative tasks.
• Communicate with clients about insurance and billing questions.
• (Bonus!) Help keep our clinic’s social media presence updated and professional.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office; experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) or healthcare admin is a plus.
• Prior front desk, office, or healthcare experience preferred.
• A warm, professional demeanor and commitment to confidentiality.
