
David Sulivan, LPC, Director
David is a Licensed Professional Counselor and has been with Napa Valley since 2001. He received his counseling degree from Dallas Theological Seminary in 1999. He worked at Rivendell Behavioral Health Services from 1999 to 2009 in both inpatient and outpatient settings, where he also served as a Lead Therapist.

Rebecca Bakke, LPC
Rebecca received her Master of Arts degree in Counseling from Covenant Theological Seminary in St. Louis, MO in 2008. Prior to joining Napa Valley in 2016, Rebecca worked in outpatient mental health for seven years and in adolescent residential care for one year.

Lynn Cook, LMFT
Lynn has a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Harding University in Searcy, AR and is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Lynn has lived in the Little Rock area for twenty-five years and served as a church pastor for more than twenty years.

Bethany Evans, LCSW
Bethany is a Licensed Certified Social Worker. She is very passionate about her work and helping those she comes into contact with to have more fully engaged lives. She believes that we are born into a world at war and our stories are vital to the healing of our hearts to be fully alive.

Kelley Flaming, LPC
Kelley received a Master of Arts in biblical counseling degree from Dallas Theological Seminary in 1999. During her training, she interned at the Minirth Program at Green Oaks Hospital. Prior to moving to Little Rock, she worked at Paul Meier New Life Clinic in Richardson, Texas, both in the day program and in private practice.

Jenny Gillis-Eatherton, MS, LPC
Jenny has a Master of Science in Clinical/Mental Health Counseling from John Brown University in northwest Arkansas. Jenny has worked in school-based mental health and private practice settings, helping treat adolescents, college students, and young adults.

Janet Hedges, LCSW
Janet is a Licensed Certified Social Worker, having received her Master of Social Work degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 1990. She has worked in this field for more than 20 years, and her experience includes treating individuals and groups in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

Gray LeMaster, LPC
Gray, a Little Rock native, had an initial career as a Little Rock police officer, retiring after 21 years of service. He then pursued a Master of Arts degree in Counseling from Colorado Christian University. He returned to Little Rock in 1997 and opened a private practice. He joined the staff of Napa Valley Counseling Center in 2002.

Sophie Myers, LCSW
Sophie received her bachelor’s degree from Harding University in 2013. She took several years off to travel and immerse herself in other cultures from around the world. She spent time in Wuhan, China doing mission work while working as an English teacher.

Kyle Purcell, LPC
Kyle is a Licensed Professional Counselor. He grew up in Conway and earned his Bachelor’s of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Central Arkansas in 2007, after which he spent three years working in the Little Rock Drug Courts as a Drug Counselor.

Julie Hardin Whalen, LPC
Julie is a Licensed Professional Counselor who received her Master of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology from Wheaton College in 2005. Julie joined the Napa Valley Counseling Team in 2015. She has experience counseling foster children and has also served as a foster parent to youth in the Arkansas foster care system.

Tracy Williams, LCSW
Tracy received her Master of Social Work degree from the University of Arkansas Little Rock. While earning her master’s degree, Tracy interned at Saline Memorial Hospital inpatient and The BridgeWay outpatient. For more than four years, Tracy worked with children and families in both school and outpatient settings at Counseling Clinic in Benton.

Michael Williams, LAC
Michael is a Licensed Associate Counselor who received his counseling degree from Lamar University in Beaumont Texas. He has worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings and has an extensive background in pastoral ministry. Michael works with teens through older adults and deals with a broad range of issues including depression, anxiety, grief, anger management, premarital and marital relationships, family and friendship relationship problems, and spiritual issues.

Jordan Crow, LAC
Jordan is a Licensed Associate Counselor and received his training from Harding School of Theology in Memphis, Tennessee. He completed his Master of Arts in Counseling in 2020 but has worked with teens and families for over 10 years. Jordan taught high school for three years, served in the Dominican Republic as a missionary for two years, and served in youth ministry for nine years.

Anna Kirkes, LCSW
Anna is a licensed certified social worker practicing in her hometown of Little Rock, AR. Anna received her Master of Social Work from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 2017. Anna has experience working with kids, adolescents, and families both in a school setting and in a specialty outpatient clinic treating trauma and sexual abuse.

Kristina Keller, LPC
Kristina is a Licensed Professional Counselor who earned her Masters of Science in Community Counseling from the University of Central Arkansas in 2001. She was privileged to complete several internships including UCA and Dorcas House. After practicing both in and outpatient at River Valley Geriatrics Kristina expanded her experience by adding children, youth, and families at Rivendell Behavioral Health Services in school, clinic, inpatient, and outpatient settings.

Audrey Crow, Intern
Audrey has a bachelor’s degree in Communication from Texas A&M University and is currently in the clinical phase of her master’s degree program in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Liberty University. Audrey has worked with teens, young adults, and family systems for the last 12 years. She lived in the Dominican Republic for two years working with children and teens specifically. Through her time in ministry, she gained experience walking alongside individuals who have faced anxiety, stress, gender identity issues, spiritual issues, trauma, abuse, OCD, PTSD, relationship problems, and family communication problems.
