Gray LeMaster, LPC

Gray, a Little Rock native, had an initial career as a Little Rock police officer, retiring after 21 years of service. He then pursued a Master of Arts degree in Counseling from Colorado Christian University. He returned to Little Rock in 1997 and opened a private practice. He joined the staff of Napa Valley Counseling Center in 2002. He became the director in 2004, a position he held until his retirement in 2020. While Gray no longer maintains an active practice, he currently provides crisis counseling services to law enforcement officers throughout the state of Arkansas. He and his wife, Nancy, have four grown sons and five grandchildren.
