
David Sullivan, LPC-S, BSP, Director
David Practices in Our West Little Rock Location.
David is a Licensed Professional Counselor and has been with Napa Valley since 2001. In 1999, he received his counseling degree from Dallas Theological Seminary and began his career at Rivendell Behavioral Health Services in Benton, Arkansas. David worked at Rivendell from 1999 to 2009 in both inpatient and outpatient settings, where he also served as a Lead Therapist. In 2010 he transitioned to practicing exclusively at Napa Valley, and in 2020 assumed the role of Director.
David focuses on working with individual teens and adults dealing with a broad range of issues including depression, anxiety, life transitions, relational struggles, bipolar disorder, OCD, trauma, grief, and spiritual issues. He has a strong focus in trauma therapies as he is certified in Brainspotting and trained in EMDR. He has a certificate in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and in 2025 became an LPC Supervisor.
Outside of work, David and his wife have two adult children. They enjoy camping, hiking, and playing with their dog Zoey.
